I mentor a young job seeker in the 77 department (over 50 years old only)

Mission description

Are you over 50 and want to share your professional experience while participating in a meaningful civic project? Become a mentor. DUO for a JOB connects young people from immigrant backgrounds with people over 50 to guide them in their job search. Concretely, the pair meets 2 hours per week for 6 months and completes necessary steps for the young person's professional integration—from defining their project to job searching and CV writing. Mentors are supported throughout the program: initial training (in-person or online), follow-up, advice, peer video conferences, etc.
