Mission description

Foster independence and development of the person you support by setting evolving, personalized goals. You'll create meaningful connection—remotely or in-person—with an elderly person, someone with disabilities, or someone in difficult circumstances who suffers from loneliness and isolation. Connection can take many forms: phone conversations, chats over tea or coffee, board games, walks, or other shared interests you discover together. You and your companion freely determine visit frequency.
