I become a volunteer with ECTI association to mentor work-study students

Mission description

I contribute to promoting youth employment through mentoring, professional project planning, CV preparation, and interview simulations with educational institutions. I do these actions with colleagues, staying connected with evolving business needs and sharing my experience with young people to develop their skills. I become a School Mentor for higher education institutions (Engineering and Business schools) to facilitate work-study student integration in companies. I support them throughout their work-study period, evaluate their reports, and participate in diploma award juries. I am retired or semi-retired and wish to share my experience.
