One to two volunteers (ideally active retirees) lead groups of job seekers (approximately 12) through a comprehensive 4-week coaching program: 4 half-days per week. Our free coaching partnerships with Pôle Emploi and Mission Locale have exceptionally high success rates. Training in our methods is provided, including materials.
