I host a person experiencing homelessness one week per month

Mission description

Several hosts rotate hosting the person in a schedule of typically one week per month. This system guarantees permanent housing while allowing each host to choose their preferred frequency. L'Ouvre Porte provides personalized, compassionate support to hosts and includes association insurance. Anyone can participate—young, retired, single, coupled, families, in shared housing—with any available space, whether a couch, room, or temporary housing.
