I welcome and guide people during in-person and/or phone drop-in sessions

Mission description

This mission aims to break the isolation and loneliness of people who visit the organization and provide specific information during dedicated drop-in sessions. You'll choose a time slot to hold in-person and/or phone consultations. You may welcome people in a friendly and non-judgmental way, offer them refreshments, listen to them, and direct them to appropriate services to help them access their rights.
