HopHopFoodMission description
HopHopFood is a citizen initiative to provide local actors, individuals, and businesses with digital and non-digital tools to combat food waste and precarity among vulnerable populations (students, migrants, single women, etc.). The organization is supported by civic service volunteers and 250 volunteers, and has hired its first employee since March 2020. HopHopFood has an excellent team led by a great leader, Delphine. HopHopFood is seeking people available for at least 15 hours per week. The organization has already achieved impressive results through its recovery service offering unsold food from commercial stores at free pricing to people in precarious situations via the HopHopFood digital platform.
