Mission description

Help young people envision their future and build confidence in themselves. By registering on ExplorJob, you share your professional experience to help others with career guidance. You'll be contacted occasionally by Explorers (middle and high school students, out-of-school youth, job seekers, or people changing careers) who want to learn about your profession. During a one-hour meeting (in person, by phone, or video) at your convenience, you answer their questions, explain your career path, your responsibilities, why you love your work, and its challenges.
