Mission description

The federal representative represents national governance within departmental committees in their territory. Responsibilities include: attending 4 board meetings and the general assembly of each departmental committee; facilitating communication and trust between committees and headquarters; relaying information between committees and the federation to ensure cohesion; collaborating closely with the territorial manager and national administrator to meet committee needs; and participating in federation activities including working meetings, webinars, and assemblies.
