Greet people warmly, listen, advise, and orient them if needed. Tasks include sorting donated clothing and displaying it in the shop, advising and orienting visitors, facilitating the convivial space (welcome café, workshop organization), maintaining confidentiality, and handling the register. You'll need to be approachable, kind, empathetic, and non-judgmental.
