No professional skills required—volunteers are valued for their human and interpersonal abilities. You're supported by professionals and management. Training on the condition is provided and volunteer meetings are organized. You share moments of conviviality while respecting facility rules, participating in creative workshops, walks, and gardening so visitors have pleasant experiences.
