Help individuals seeking information about the National Distance Learning Center (CNED) by answering questions about registration, programs, procedures, and tools. Provide attentive listening and guide people toward appropriate resources while explaining how this distance learning organization works. The atmosphere is relaxed with a supportive team and minimal workload. This volunteer role is entirely conducted in writing.
