Mission description

Prepare and lead activities and daily life experiences. Activities encourage young people to reflect on democratic, inclusive, collective, and social themes. Values such as engagement, autonomy, conviviality, and community living are central. Methods include active learning through games, nature-based education, democratic decision-making, and personal development. Volunteers start with a non-binding trial weekend. No prior skills are required; experienced coordinators ensure the framework. If interested, volunteers are integrated into the teams.
