Mission description

Volunteer to ensure amicable dispute resolution between individuals and businesses, with computer skills. You'll hold office hours at our location and in spaces provided by neighboring municipalities. Ideal role for law students or those with available time. Key responsibilities include listening to consumer concerns, drafting letters and conducting internet research. Office hours available in half-day or full-day shifts (public reception).
