Mission description

Spend a few hours per week helping validate the practical knowledge of people in job insertion programs, directly on work sites and using a referential framework, with a view to special certification. Participate in training the workforce the territory needs during this shortage period. Through the "AFEST" program, Le Transit association, which manages an insertion company, seeks volunteer craftspeople, professionals, or enthusiasts in plastering, painting, landscaping, waste collection, and urban cleaning. The goal is to spend regular time on a work site with someone in job insertion to complete an evaluation grid.
