I help people in difficulty navigate administrative procedures

Mission description

Help people with limited French language skills and/or legal knowledge complete administrative procedures by working with them, not for them. As a public writer, you'll join a motivated, competent, and caring team of 6 volunteers, with access to training and advice. Beneficiaries are typically very grateful. Assist with: understanding and drafting administrative correspondence and documents; making appointments; and completing necessary procedures.
