Mission description

Contribute to implementing an educational project. Organize educational activities (games, campfires, outdoor activities, crafts, sports, spiritual activities, etc.). Lead the daily life of a unit with up to 30 young people. Communicate with families. Monitor each child's and young person's progress. Scouts and Guides of France offers education where every boy and girl is unique. There is no set model to replicate. Education takes place without competition, judgment, or grades—each person progresses at their own pace according to their age and maturity, respecting others' rhythm. Within a secure educational framework, children and young people learn through action.
