Greet people facing difficulties with kindness; listen to those you meet; understand their needs and adapt your response. Work as a team to build bonds of fraternity and welcome people facing material and/or moral hardship in a caring environment. You'll work alongside other volunteers to ensure the best possible welcome and do your best to meet their needs.
