Mission description

Friendly School Support (E.S.A) invites working professionals, retirees, and students to volunteer weekly with children and young people whose parents cannot help or afford tutoring. The role includes personalized child mentoring (confidence-building, study skills, career guidance), broadening the child's horizons, and supporting parents in their involvement in their child's education. Available a few hours per week? E.S.A accompanies struggling students from disadvantaged families through local branches organized by city or district.
