I support children and young people, especially in disadvantaged neighborhoods, rural areas, and fragile territories

Mission description

We're looking for mentors to support children (from elementary through high school) in their schooling when their families cannot help directly. Our approach: you work with one child for one hour, once a week, at their home with a family member present. You're supported by a volunteer co-coordinator at every stage of your involvement (initial contact, introduction to the child and family, and throughout). You join a dynamic volunteer network with access to resources (volunteer meetings, training, teaching materials). This mentoring aims to foster autonomy and development.
