Mission description

As an essential support to the group leader, the group secretary helps them focus on overall group animation. Through advice and mentoring, you give leaders the means to develop the group and provide quality scouting. You should understand leaders' concerns by participating in activities and group council. Rather than doing everything for them, help them gain autonomy and competence. This is an opportunity to develop skills, experience wonderful activities and projects, and make unforgettable connections, with or without prior scouting experience.
