I support children and youth, especially in disadvantaged neighborhoods, rural areas, and fragile territories

Mission description

This mentoring mission promotes independence and personal development by setting evolving, personalized goals. We seek volunteers to support children (from elementary to high school) with their schooling when their families cannot provide direct help. You work one-on-one with one child for one hour, once per week, at their home with a family member present. A volunteer co-coordinator guides you at every stage, from initial contact through ongoing mentoring.
