Mission description

This mentoring mission promotes autonomy and development by setting evolving, personalized goals. We seek volunteers to support children (grades 1-12) whose families can't help with schooling. You work one-on-one for one hour weekly at the child's home with a family member present. A co-volunteer guides you through every step—initial contact, meeting the child and family, and ongoing support. You join a network of committed volunteers.
