Mission description

Friendly School Support (E.S.A) invites working professionals, retirees, and students to volunteer weekly supporting children and young people whose parents cannot help them academically. The role includes personalized accompaniment (building confidence, study methods, guidance), broadening children's perspectives, and helping parents support their child's education. You work near your home or workplace, meet children and families, assess their support needs, recruit and coordinate mentors with other branch co-managers, and form mentor-child pairs while monitoring their progress throughout the year.
