WeTechCare (Le Déclic)Mission description
Finding a first job isn't easy, especially without guidance. At Le Déclic, young people contact us for candidacy support (CV, cover letters, interview prep, job search techniques, etc.). As a mentor, you guide a young person whenever and however suits you via our platform. After identifying areas where you can help, you build an action plan and track their progress. A typical mentorship lasts 2-3 months at 3-4 hours monthly, with weekly meetings (phone or video) you schedule together.
