Promote autonomy and development of the person you accompany by setting evolving goals adapted to their specific needs. As a volunteer visitor with the Monalisa citizen team supported by a local ADMR association, you will make regular home visits to isolated elderly people to provide listening and conversation, encourage participation in activities, and report back to the team.
