Mission description

Promote autonomy and development of the person by setting evolving, individualized goals. As a Monalisa volunteer visitor, you're part of a civic team led by a local ADMR association fighting isolation and loneliness. Your mission: make friendly visits to identified elderly people. You'll provide support and listening to isolated seniors, maintain connection through exchange and non-judgmental listening, gather their needs, and direct them to appropriate professionals.
