Mission description

Promote independence and development of the person you support by establishing evolving objectives adapted to their specific needs. As a volunteer visitor, you are part of the Monalisa citizen team, supported by a local ADMR association. This team brings together citizens committed to combating isolation and loneliness. Your mission is to make friendly visits to elderly people identified by the ADMR network and partners. You provide support and listening via phone to isolated elderly people. You maintain connection through exchange and listening without judgment. You identify the needs of visited individuals and direct them toward appropriate professionals.
