Mission description

Promote autonomy and development of the person you support by setting evolving goals adapted to their specific needs. Provide support to hospitalized people. Create connection, remotely or in-person, with elderly people, those with disabilities, or in precarious situations suffering from loneliness and isolation. This can include phone conversations, tea or coffee discussions, board games, walks, or other shared interests. Visit frequency is freely defined by you and the person.
