This mission primarily aims to break isolation and loneliness of people served by our organization and provide specific information during dedicated office hours. Within the team, you will choose a time slot to staff on-site and/or phone services. Depending on needs, several tasks may be available: on-site welcome where you welcome people in a friendly, non-judgmental manner, offer refreshments, listen and direct them to appropriate services to access their rights.
