Assess permanent volunteer needs, find candidates, welcome and support new volunteers essential to our association's functioning in Lot-et-Garonne, and manage applications using internal software. You'll track new volunteer integration and coordinate the network. No HR specialization needed—listening skills and dialogue are essential.
