Mission description

Under the department treasurer's supervision and in direct coordination with the accountant, maintain general and analytical accounts, verify accounting data, record operations according to procedures and regulations, and participate in preparing legal financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, resource statement). Produce monthly or quarterly reports, organize documents, prepare check submissions, and master or receive training on accounting software.
