Through a partnership between the Claude Pompidou Foundation and the nursing home "Les Marais" in Margny-Les-Compiègne, you will visit once a week or every two weeks (maximum 3 hours) to spend time with elderly residents and either visit them in their rooms or common spaces, or participate in group activities. The Foundation's volunteering missions focus on combating isolation through kind exchanges, non-judgmental attitudes, and active listening. A regular commitment of at least one academic year is required to build lasting connections.
