Mission description

Support isolated, disabled, and vulnerable people during heat waves, storms, or natural disasters through regular, reassuring contact. Arcachon Solidaire, founded in 2007, is a network of volunteers dedicated to isolated people, supported by a coordinator and social worker. We seek volunteers to provide comforting phone calls to users during climate emergencies. You should be warm, listen well, and understand isolation.
