I help residents access medical and administrative appointments through mobility assistance

Mission description

Trans'libre is a service enabling Charleval residents without transportation options to access their rights—visiting food banks, medical appointments, employment offices, or other services. In 2022, volunteers completed 512 transports. You join a team of about 10 volunteers coordinated by Pascal. Residents call the office requesting transport; Thursdays you receive an SMS with next week's transports and confirm which you'll complete. On appointment days, you pick up the association's vehicle.
