As a mentor, you will support job seekers through multiple areas: creating job application materials (CVs, cover letters), searching for job offers and training opportunities, conducting interview coaching and simulations, networking with companies and personal contacts, and providing employment-related advice. You'll typically meet with your mentee about 3 times, or more if needed. Join our diverse team of employees and volunteers for regular employment networking events.
