Do you have over 2 years of employment experience and want to share it with a young employee starting their career? By joining Woork, you become a mentor supporting a young employee aged 18-30 through their early professional years. Helping young people integrate into the workforce is a collective challenge. Woork works to secure their employment and accelerate financial independence. Eight out of ten young employees in permanent contracts leave their company in the first year, and one new hire out of five considers leaving on day one. Supporting young people, especially those with fewer opportunities, is crucial.
