Do you have more than 2 years of employment experience and want to share your journey with a young employee at the start of their career? By joining Woork, you mentor a young employee aged 18 to 30 through their early professional years. Youth integration into the workplace is a collective challenge: Woork works to help them stay employed and gain financial independence. Eight out of ten young employees on permanent contracts leave in their first year, and one in five new hires think about leaving on their first day. It's crucial that young people, especially those with fewer opportunities, receive support.
