I help young people online with their job search

Mission description

Finding your first job is difficult, especially without guidance. Young people contact Le Déclic for support with applications (CV, cover letters, interview preparation, job search techniques, etc.). As a mentor, you guide one young person at your own pace through our platform. After identifying areas where you can help, you build an action plan and track their progress. A typical mentorship lasts three months at about 3 hours per month.
