I cook for groups engaged in participatory research

Mission description

Prepare varied, balanced meals with fresh seasonal ingredients for children, teens, and adults on our participatory research stays. We prioritize taste, nutrition, and environmental concerns: reducing food waste and plant-based eating. You'll design menus, manage shopping and associated accounting, prepare meals, and maintain the kitchen. You'll be housed in beautiful Chandolin, one of Switzerland's highest villages at over 1600m altitude, with one day off weekly.
