Mission description

Brighten an isolated elderly person's day. Through partnership with Poitiers' Community Action Center, visit once weekly or bi-weekly for up to 3 hours at a partner facility to conduct individual room visits or participate in group activities with residents. The Foundation's mission focuses on combating isolation through kind exchanges and active listening without judgment, creating meaningful bonds.
