Mission description

Working in pairs, you provide moral and methodological support to people at varying distances from employment. Within a solidarity group, you participate in monthly meetings with all volunteers: mutual support, sharing, and fellowship. Through regional and national networks, you benefit from training courses, seminars, and inter-group meetings. Nouvelles Solidarités face au chômage provides each volunteer with essential training to support job seekers methodically, ensuring quality mentorship, helping them regain confidence, and defining their professional plans.
