Mission description

Inform, advise and direct home support requests to appropriate services. Oversee implementation and services in the association's intervention areas. Join our network of 60 departmental volunteers on your preferred schedule. Respond to requests and ensure service follow-up within procedures: welcome people, listen to their needs, inform and propose fitting services, orient to external services if needed, participate in needs analysis and intervention project planning, maintain contact with employees during intervention implementation.
