LIRE & SOURIRE, an association founded in 2011, works daily to ensure universal access to books and reading. During lockdown, our team launched a new project: Reading and Smiling with Seniors—organizing read-aloud sessions in nursing homes or senior residences. Join us in meeting with seniors in EHPAD in Caluire-et-Cuire (near Quai Aristide Briand) to share a warm moment centered around reading. To foster social connection and provide stability in their daily lives, we ask for long-term volunteer commitment.
