I help women aged 45+ with career integration

Mission description

We are looking for motivated volunteers to support women aged 45 and over in finding employment in Paris's 13th, 14th, and 15th districts. The role involves in-person work at Florimont facilities. You'll join a dynamic team of staff, volunteers, and civic service volunteers. Desired skills include weekday availability, compassion, active listening, and the ability to provide individual follow-up to job-seeking women. You may also lead group workshops on job search techniques.
