Mission description

For over 35 years, SNL has been committed to the belief that everyone should have access to decent housing to find their place in society. SNL advocates and mobilizes to find concrete solutions to housing insecurity. The association creates and rents affordable housing for the most precarious people with no other stable housing options. Volunteers, tenants, and staff unite locally to support new tenants until they find permanent housing. Volunteers gather in Local Solidarity Groups in towns where we have housing to support and walk alongside our association's tenants. Housing is central to our work.
