The heart of our activity is the 'Coup de Pouce' workshop, which boosts candidates' self-esteem and helps them master workplace codes. This is a 2-hour personalized coaching session for each candidate, including: donation of a complete outfit based on volunteer advice, mock job interview, and photo shoot—this is where you intervene as an 'Image Coach'! La Cravate Solidaire Troyes is a non-profit working for equal opportunities, fighting employment discrimination, particularly based on physical appearance. Since 2021, it has supported people in job reinsertion.
