I mentor young job seekers online
WeTechCare (Le Déclic)Mission description
Finding your first job isn't easy, especially without guidance. On Le Déclic, young people contact us for help with job applications (CVs, cover letters, interview prep, job search techniques, etc.). As a mentor, you support one young person on your own schedule through our platform. After identifying areas where you can help, you build an action plan and track their job search progress. A typical mentorship lasts three months at about 3 hours per month.
