Mission description

Through Afev, thousands of students volunteer each year to support young people struggling academically and build connections in disadvantaged neighborhoods. By fighting educational and social inequalities, they work toward a fairer and more solidary society. This mentoring mission aims to foster independence and personal development by setting evolving goals adapted to specific needs. The pandemic has reinforced educational inequalities, leaving many young people without adequate learning conditions. The upcoming school year will be challenging for many who need support more than ever.
