UP for Humanness coordinates UP Emploi, a social and professional integration program for vulnerable populations (people with disabilities, homelessness, trafficking survivors, refugees, formerly incarcerated). Since January 2020, the program has supported nearly 300 people ages 18-66, primarily long-term jobless individuals, using arts as a confidence-building tool.
